- 4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Balsamic glaze
- 2 tomatoes sliced
- sliced fresh mozzarella
- fresh basil
- garlic powder
- Season both sides of the chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Bake at 375 until cooked through.
- When chicken is done layer with pesto, tomatoes and mozzarella and put it back in the oven. Cook until the cheese is melted.
- Plate the chicken and top with basil and the balsamic glaze.
