Pesto Caprese Style Chicken


  • 4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Balsamic glaze
  • 2 tomatoes sliced
  • sliced fresh mozzarella
  • fresh basil
  • Pesto
  • salt
  • pepper
  • garlic powder


  1. Season both sides of the chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Bake at 375 until cooked through.
  2. When chicken is done layer with pesto, tomatoes and mozzarella and put it back in the oven. Cook until the cheese is melted.
  3. Plate the chicken and top with basil and the balsamic glaze.
